Chicken Soup
• Chicken Fryer
Stalk of Celery

Cook chicken fryer all day in water, 1 1/2 hours prior to dinner, strain broth and de-bone chicken, add back to broth pulled apart chicken, carrots, chopped celery and bag of corns. Cook 1 hour, and then add noodles. Cook about 15 min or so- I do this second half in a pan on the stove.

  1. Did you guys stock up on chicken or something? I noticed that we have a ton of turkey in the freezer so I've tried to be creative with that.

  2. I am so proud of myself! I made a menu for the next week and a half BEFORE I went to the grocery store! I used to be so good at this. I actually made menus for a whole month at a time. I would only go to the grocery store once to shop. I would pick up fresh milk, eggs, and bread once a week in between. My boys were little then. Now it's a little more challenging because I have a teenager and a semi-picky 10 year old. I always have to plan an extra plate or three in case friends are over at dinner. I am slowly getting back into the swing of things. Your menu sounds delicious.
