| I used some of this butterfly fabric in my moms burial quilt. I just love it. It is part of a Breast Cancer Fabric line from a couple of years ago. I felt since it was the Month of October it would fit this quilt perfectly. This is the quilt I made for Billie at Freebie Corner She won my giveaway for the Floral Quilt at 53 Followers in Honor of my mom. I made her a ragged quilt because she mentioned she has never had one before, so while it is still a floral quilt I opted for a nine patch square instead of the Pinwheels. That way she gets more of the lovely floral fabrics in the quilt and I could rag it more easily too. I am very thankful that her name got drawn. She has really helped promote my page. It really made me think of the bible verse about doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. She has a giveaway for some handmade towels and potholders in a lovely Harvest Apple print that I made on her site. So go enter there if you would like to win them.
