5 New Quilt Orders and My Prayer

Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:4-7

I just picked up three huge bags of clothes which I will turn into five beautiful quilted keepsakes. I have yet to look at the clothing to see what the Lord wants me to create. First I ask of Him to Guide my hands, help my heart to feel, help my eyes to see, help my hands to craft what He desires. I pray that the Lord will work through me to preserve this mother in my work so that it will provide comfort, love, healing and memories to those that will receive these quilts. I thank the Lord for guiding me and providing me with these precious orders, for the ability to be his clay and allow his talent to be used for his Glory. 

But now, O LORD, thou art our father;
we are the clay, and thou our potter;
and we all are the work of thy hand.

Isaiah 64:8

I pray that the Lord help me to find the exact material to be used on these quilts, that it be the perfect match, that it be 100% cotton like the mother would want, that it represent her. I pray that if it is your will the price will be low in order to give more quilt to each recipient. I pray for the design and the craft, that it would be of excellent quality to outlast generations and be past down so that it can be used and enjoyed to its fullest.

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus

For me your crafter I ask peace over this order. I pray for all anxiety to be lifted. I pray that I rest in the idea that this order is from you and that you intend for its purpose to be of healing and love and good. I thank you in advance for the quilts that will be produced and treasured.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid
