Well this week we just have a list of items instead of a list of days. Between my meeting tonight, kids choir tomorrow and some other stuff it is hard to know just yet who is cooking when, my hope is that it just flows in the order below but at least we know what we are eating for the week.

Enchiladas
Pancakes
Spaghetti and Garlic Bread
French Toast
You guys do that chili pork a lot...what do you use? Pork roast? My family is always asking for Mexican.
