Exercise

Finding time to exercise is difficult. The weather is not very friendly during parts of the year. I am hoping I love this indoor solution.

Kitchen Organization

Our kitchen is fairly small and it doesn't have a pantry. I really love this for all our pots, pans, cookie sheets etc.

Art Quilt

Unique Art Quilt

Students drew on fabric for this quilt and then I created a block with the school shirt and sweatshirt

We added a border fabric that was fun on the front and back

It made a very unique gift idea

Acadec Field Trip

We went to the museum. It was a great day to get away from school with both kids since they were both on the Acadec Team as Sophomores.

Sometimes it was hard to get non blurry photos

All of the kids are so amazing, they are well behaved, polite and respectful

The teacher is the best. I truly enjoy her and all she has done for my kids, all three of them. They have learned a great deal from her.

I love American History, this is one of my favorites

I love seeing her smile and just being relaxed. Sometimes school pressure is rough.

There was a whole religious section. There were many pieces here that I loved a great deal

Caring Memory Quilts

I recieved several boxes of clothing to choose from for this order to create 7 quilts, initially only 6 were made because they were needed in time for Christmas

This one was for the husband who lost his wife, a gift from the daughter, who had these other quilts made as well

Another brothers quilt. they all were unique in their own ways. There was quite a bit of clothing to pull from to make them so individualized.

Christmas Choir Performance 2014

Choir is something they have enjoyed since Elementary Days. I am thankful it continues to be something they participate in

The nice thing about Christmas programs is they do some dressed up beautiful pieces and some fun cheerful ones too

We are fortunate to have several choirs that they can participate in

I really enjoy the playful music, where they can have fun, dress up and interact with one another

These two make the perfect theatrical pair

They are fun to watch but don't steal the show

They do some more serious non dancing songs as well

Overall its a great night and they auction off 4 Christmas trees and some other goodies, as part of their fundraising efforts for scholarships. The trees are done by each class and have their own themes.
