Sunday Recipes Chicken Kabobs


Chicken (tenders, thighs-whatever your preference cubed)
Your Choice of Sausage Links sliced
Pineapple Chunks (save juice)
Sliced Red Bell Peppers
Sliced Green Bell Peppers
Sliced Onion
Your Choice of Marinate- we used Caribbean Jerk
(save some for the night of meal)
Jasmine Rice

Directions: Pre package your chicken with marinade, we do this and freeze then pull out morning before we will cook
Slice all Veggies and meat into somewhat bite size pieces
Alternate meat and veggies/fruit on skewers
Brush with combined mix of pineapple juice and remaining marinade
Can be cooked in oven or over BBQ Pit- we prefer BBQ
While Cooking- cook some Jasmine or Brown rice to place under Kabobs when they are done.
