Prom with Friends

Prom was a great experience. She went with a senior friend and then one of her dear senior girlsfriends and her date from Acadec

Her hair makes the most beautiful curls

I am thankful that her dates mom has a wonderful camera, the pictures look stunning

After Prom the Acadec team sets up a hallway of games, video, board, ping pong. Its a long evening but all three of my kiddos and I helped out on the hall from set up to tear down.

Its nice that you don't have to wear your dress to this portion, you can bring clothes to change into

History Remembered

As part of History Class, Zekaryah had to choose a person in history and try to recreate his stance, look, etc. He chose Tesla. He did a pretty good job, they just had to submit both the photograph of the person and themselves, then write a paper about the person. He got a 100.

Choir Banquet and Acadec Game Night

Sometimes schedules collide, esp at the end of the year. They had a choir banquet and Acadec Game night on the same evening. The choir banquet called for Black and white attire. They decided since they would be there for just a short amount of time they would wear what they had. It worked out well. It also worked for their game night. Bad part of the evening for mekenzei is she was so worn out from the year that she had a horrible ear ache and headache by the end of the evening and I had to pick her and Zekaryah up early from the game night

School Photos of the Historian

Mekenzei loves to take photos, she has been the class historian for two years. She is running again and selected some photos to include. 

She took all the photos but student council

She attends most of the friday night games at home

Always a great chance to get photos of students

they don't mind one bit taking photos

or posing for her

I love when the faculty takes photos and shares them so we have copies also
