Date Night Out and Grease

MeKenzei and I started a tradition a couple of years ago with going to the plays at the schools. It is a great way to support out local arts and also have a fairly inexpensive date night out. This year Paul joined us. The students did an amazing job. I hope in the future that we can help them with their mics. It is so sad to see them work so hard and have issues with cell phones etc interfering with their sound systems.

After the play we went to Racho Grande for a treat out. It was a nice way to connect and unwind.

We are learning as the kids are getting older that these date nights are important and we need to not take them for granted. Sometimes we do include the kiddos because there is just one of them at home but it doesn't make it any less important.
